I've spent the last couple of years focused on my career, and now that it has begun to stablize a little, I'm starting to enjoy some freetime. I love the outdoors. I try to get in as much biking, hiking, and camping as possible during the 4 weeks of summer here in Wisconsin. I also love travel. There's nothing better than rolling down the car windows, cranking up the music, and heading off on a spontaneous road trip. (My goal is to hit all 50 states) I try to live my life under the philosophy of "why watch something on TV when you can see it in person," although a good movie/DVD or an occasional night of video games is sometimes required. A have a pretty good sense of humor, and believe that life tends to be harder if you don't. I enjoy working with people and tend to get along with most. I have a college degree and enjoyed my time but feel that college is not necessarily the right thing for everyone (I actually use some of my college education at work). Work keeps me busy most of the time, but I try to make an effort to do fun things now and then. Some things that I do not enjoy include: cubicle jobs, coffee, crabby people, slow drivers talking on their cell phones, the DMV, and turkey loaf. Things that I think are important qualities in people include: having goals (or at least wanting to have goals), adventurous spirit, creativitiy, and loyalty (life is too short to waste time being disloyal), knowing the importance of enjoying life outside of work..
