You will always find 6 videos on the gay.com homepage. After you log in you will find a 'Welcome' box with a link to videos or you can click on the 'View' section at the top of any gay.com page and go to the video section on gay.com.

By placing your cursor in the video window you will find the buttons to pause/play, check the playing time of your video, adjust the volume and make the video full screen for best viewing (hitting the Esc button on your keyboard will bring the video back to its original size).

- Check to see that your computer speaker volume settings are correctly set. On Windows, double-click the volume icon in the System Tray and make sure it is not muted. On Mac, the volume controls are set in top right corner of your screen.
- Check to see that other media players can output audio, like Quicktime, iTunes or Windows Media Player.
- Restart your browser and try again.
- Clear your Flash memory by right-clicking (or option-clicking on Mac) on the video player window and select"Settings..." Click the third button with the folder icon and drag the slider all the way to "0" and hit "OK."Drag the slider back to "100KB" and then click "Close." Try playing another video or re-booting your computer.

Stuttering video playback is hard to diagnose, but generally if both the video and the audio stutter while viewing, you are likely experiencing a problem with your internet connection. If the videostutters but the audio playback is normal, it is likely your hardware and/or software configuration.
Here are some helpful tips:
- If you are experiencing internet stuttering over a wireless internet connection, try connecting over a wired connection instead.
- If you are experiencing the stuttering during full screen mode, try lowering your desktop resolution.
- If you currently using applications that are bandwidth-intensive such as Outlook, BitTorrent or Skype you may want to pause or quit while watching gay.com videos.
- If you are sharing your internet connection with others, check to see if they are using bandwidth-intensive videos at the time of your viewing.
- If you have several other applications open, try quitting those that may be increasing our CPU usage.
