You can manage your gay.com account by clicking the 'my account' link in the upper right corner of any gay.com page.

My Account is the place to go to change your email address or password, manage your newsletters, update your privacy settings, change your subscription plan and more.

To change the password on your gay.com account, go to my account and click "edit" next to "Change Password" then simply enter your current password, enter a new password, re-enter your new password and select submit. Your password has now been updated.

Only gay.com Premium members can change their member name by contacting Customer Service (limit of two changes).

To hide your profile, click the 'my account' link in the upper right corner and click the Edit link in the Privacy section. Within the Privacy section you will have the option to either make your profile visible to everyone or no one.

When your profile is hidden, no one will be able to view your profile or your photos, even in chat, although your member name will still be visible in chat rooms and on friends and hot lists. Hidden profiles are not displayed in Who's Online or in search results. There may be a delay up to 5 minutes before privacy changes to your profile are reflected in search results.

NOTE: If your basic profile is visible to no one, your premium profile will be automatically hidden.

If you have View Tracker turned on, other members will be able to see when you last visited their profile. If View Tracker is turned off, other members will never know you peeked at their profile.

Yes. View Tracker can be turned on or off. When View Tracker is off other members will not know if you have viewed their profile or not. View Tracker is located in the "Privacy" section under 'my account'.

It's easy to become a Featured Member. Simply go to the Featured Member section within My Account, follow the guidelines, complete the form and hit submit.

To opt-out of being a Featured Member simply click the opt-out button in the Featured Member section within My Account.

To end your gay.com membership, click the 'my account' link in the upper right corner, open the Membership and Billing section and select Cancel Membership and follow the on screen prompts. If you're a Premium Member, you must cancel your premium subscription before you can cancel your membership.

To update your newsletters go to the Newsletter section within My Account. This section will display all the newsletters you are currently signed up for. Check the box next to the appropriate newsletter to sign-up or opt-out.
