You can manage your gay.com account by accessing My Account. To access My Account select the My Account tab from the top of any gay.com page, then click the "Account Info" link. You can also access My Account by selecting the Edit My Account link within My Profile.

My Account is the place to go to change your email address or password, manage your newsletters, update your privacy settings, change your subscription plan and more.

To change the password on your gay.com account, select Account Info within My Account. Click "edit" next to "Change Password" then simply enter your current password, enter a new password, re-enter your new password and select submit. Your password has now been updated.

Only gay.com Premium members can change their member name by contacting Customer Service (limit of two changes).

To make your profile visible to no-one, go to the My Account page, click Account Info, and select "edit" in the Privacy section. Within the Privacy section you will have the option to either make your profile visible to everyone or no-one.

When your profile is visible to no one, no one will be able to view your profile or your photos. Your primary photo (the photo that appears in Group Chat, in Mail, etc.) will display as a private mask. When someone tries to access your profile, a message will display indicating your profile is private. Please keep in mind that while no one will be able to view your profile, your profile may appear in search results should you meet the search criteria.

NOTE: If your basic profile is visible to no one, your premium profile will be automatically hidden.

If you have View Tracker turned on, other members will be able to see when you last visited their profile. If View Tracker is turned off, other members will never know you peeked at their profile.

Yes. View Tracker can be turned on or off. When View Tracker is off other members will not know if you have viewed their profile or not. View Tracker is located in the "Privacy" section under Account Info.

It's easy to become a Featured Member. Simply go to the Featured Member section within My Account, Account Info, follow the guidelines, complete the form and hit submit.

To opt-out of being a Featured Member simply click the opt-out button in the Featured Member section within My Account, under Account Info.

As a member of gay.com you may cancel your account by logging on to the site, click 'Account Info' under 'My Account'. Click edit under 'Membership and Billing' then click 'cancel'.

To update your newsletters go to the Newsletter section within My Account, under Account Info. This section will display all the newsletters you are currently signed up for. Check the box next to the appropriate newsletter to sign-up or opt-out.
