The Bachelor's Sean Lowe may be the hottest hoofer on the new season of Dancing with the Stars, which premiered last night on ABC, and TMZ is already wondering if contestant Andy Dick is the "riskest choice ever."
Maybe because the 47-year-old Sober House alum has become more known for his rehab stints and legal woes than for his work as an actor-comic?

According to PerezHilton.com, Dick got totally wasted at Axis, an Ohio gay club, in 2007. "Andy solicited me in the bathroom, and he tried to urinate on me," reported one clubgoer. "He was hitting on and making out with guys all night," wrote another source. See more photos of the incident — including those drunken makeouts — on PerezHilton.com.
"I'll try anything," the self-proclaimed "trisexual" revealed on a 2009 episode of The Tyra Banks Show. "I really have tried everything, except nothing with animals. There's only room for one animal — that would be me." He also complained that he doesn't feel accepted in either the gay or straight communities: "I say, 'I'm bi, my love knows no gender,' and the straight community says, 'Oh right, that's just a cover-up — you're gay!' And the gay community says, 'Yeah right, that's just a cover-up — you're gay,' They both want to push me gay."
Visiting West Virginia to perform at the Funny Bone Comedy Club in 2010, Dick was slapped with two felony counts of sexual abuse after allegedly grabbing a bar bouncer's crotch and grope-kissing a male customer. "Andy is stunned by these allegations and we are strongly denying any criminal conduct," Dick's attorney, Jeff Rubenstein, said in a statement. Nice mugshot!
A guy named Robert Tucker sued Andy Dick for allegedly rubbing his genitals against his face at a Dallas comedy club in 2010. "Degraded and humiliated” by Dick and subsequently harassed by his co-workers, Tucker sued for unspecified damages. See video of the incident in question above.
Dick makes a cameo alongside queer notables like Lady Bunny and Richie Rich in the new gay adult web series Kings of New York, which is available exclusively on LucasEntertainment.com.
